Sometimes I pass by
Hanging Sword Alley.
Sometimes I stay on
Hanging Sword Alley.
Sometimes
Happiness is fleeting —
I lie waiting
For the sword to fall.
Wow, that’s great. So simple,, but so profound. This is such a different take on the prompt, really like it. The repetition is very powerful.
