This little poem was inspired by Thursday Inspiration, for which we are prompted with the word “treat.”
I like to call the 15th of February, the day after Valentine’s Day, “half-price chocolate day.”

Short and sweet and very true. On February 15, most retailers will mark down Valentine’s-themed candies, chocolates, and gift sets by 50% or more to clear inventory.

I’m watching what I/we eat I just finished throwing out all the junk food and yes chocolate that was in the house…we’re a veggie and fruit house…but was just in a grocery store and there’s Valentine Day stuff, and EASTER! all over the place…..we’ll see how this goes
